Analytics — understanding your business performance data
CooVex Analytics brings together traffic, leads, revenue, and content performance in one place — with AI-generated insights on what the numbers mean for your business.
Analytics in CooVex is not just a collection of charts — it is an AI-interpreted view of your business health. Every metric is explained in context: not just what the number is, but whether it is good or bad for your business, why it might be changing, and what to do about it.
What Analytics covers
Traffic & engagement
Website visitors, page views, session duration, and bounce rate — pulled from your connected Google Analytics or Search Console. CooVex shows the trend, highlights anomalies (sudden drops or spikes), and links them to possible causes (a new blog post, a competitor move, a site issue).
Lead analytics
Lead volume by source, conversion rates by stage, average lead score over time, and time-to-contact for new leads. This is your sales pipeline health in data form. See which sources produce the best leads, not just the most leads.

Revenue analytics
MRR, ARR, churn rate, and LTV — if you have connected a revenue source (Shopify, manual entry). See these metrics over time with trend lines, cohort comparisons, and AI commentary.

Content performance
Which pages on your site drive the most traffic, time on page, and conversions. Which content pieces generate leads. Which topics have the highest engagement. Connected to your GEO score to show which content contributes to AI citation.

GEO analytics
Your GEO score over time, content gap coverage progress, and estimated AI citation rate. Unique to CooVex — you will not find this in traditional analytics tools.

AI-generated commentary
At the top of the Analytics page, the AI generates a 3-4 sentence plain-English summary of the most notable changes in your data this period. It highlights what improved, what declined, and what causal relationships it has identified (e.g., “lead volume increased 23% following the publication of the competitor comparison page on October 12”).
This commentary updates daily. You can ask the AI Coach to go deeper on any specific metric.
Date ranges and comparison
All analytics views support flexible date ranges: last 7, 14, 30, 90 days, this month, last month, or a custom range. You can compare any two periods side by side to isolate the effect of a specific campaign, launch, or change.
Exporting data
Export any chart or data table as CSV or PDF from the Export button in the top-right corner of each section. Full data exports are available for leads, revenue, and content performance. See also: Automated Reports
