Team & Permissions — invite members and control access
Invite your team to CooVex, assign roles, and control who can see and do what — from read-only clients to full admins.
CooVex supports multiple team members per workspace with role-based permissions. Each person on your team sees the same data but with different levels of access depending on their role.
User roles
Admin
Full access to everything in the workspace. Can invite and remove team members, change billing, manage integrations, and configure all settings. Should be limited to founders and senior team members.
Manager
Full access to all features except billing and workspace settings. Can create campaigns, manage leads, view all analytics, and configure notifications. Suitable for marketing leads, sales managers, and department heads.
Member
Standard access. Can view and update leads assigned to them, see the dashboard and signals, use the AI Coach, and create content. Cannot access billing, remove team members, or change workspace settings.
Viewer
Read-only. Can view the dashboard, analytics, and reports. Cannot edit leads, create campaigns, or take actions. Best for investors, advisors, or clients you want to keep informed without giving them editing access.
Inviting team members
- Go to Settings → Team
- Click Invite Member
- Enter their email address and select a role
- Click Send Invite
The invited person receives an email with a sign-up link. If they already have a CooVex account, they are added to your workspace immediately. If not, they create an account and join your workspace.
Lead assignment
Leads can be assigned to specific team members. When a lead is assigned, that team member:
- Receives Smart Alerts related to that lead
- Sees the lead in their “My Leads” view
- Gets tasks generated for that lead in their morning task list
Unassigned leads are visible to all Managers and Admins.
Team limits by plan
- Starter: 1 team member (just you)
- Growth: 5 team members
- Scale: 10 team members
- Agency: Unlimited team members across all client workspaces
Extra seats can be purchased on Growth and Scale plans for $15/seat/month.
