Workspace settings

What is a workspace?

A workspace is your organization's container in CooVex. All your leads, businesses, team members, and data live inside a workspace. You can have multiple workspaces (e.g., one per client if you are an agency).

Workspace settings

Go to Settings → Workspace to configure:

Workspace name — shown in the nav and on reports
Logo — used on branded PDF reports
Timezone — affects your daily brief delivery time and report timestamps
Default currency — used for revenue tracking and deal values
Fiscal year start — for annual revenue comparisons

Managing multiple workspaces

Click your workspace name in the top-left nav to switch between workspaces or create a new one. Agency plan users can have unlimited workspaces.

Deleting a workspace

Go to Settings → Workspace → Danger Zone. Deleting a workspace permanently removes all data inside it. This cannot be undone. Download an export first from Settings → Export Data.
