KPI Metrics — define and track your key performance indicators
Set custom KPIs beyond the defaults. CooVex tracks them automatically, shows trends, and alerts you when targets are at risk.
CooVex tracks a core set of metrics automatically: lead count, MRR, site health score, GEO score, churn rate. The KPI Metrics section lets you define additional, business-specific metrics and track them with the same level of AI attention as the defaults.
Types of KPIs you can track
Calculated KPIs
Built from data already in CooVex. Examples:
- Average deal size (total Won deal value / Won deal count)
- Lead response time (average hours from lead creation to first contact)
- Content-to-lead conversion rate (leads generated per 100 published articles)
- Proposal win rate (Won / (Won + Lost) for deals in Proposal stage)
Manual KPIs
Metrics you enter manually on a chosen frequency. Examples:
- Weekly active users (entered weekly from your product analytics)
- Net new revenue from partnerships (entered monthly)
- Support ticket volume (entered weekly from your helpdesk)
Target-linked KPIs
Any KPI can be linked to a Goal. When linked, the KPI shows a progress bar toward the target and the agent monitors it for deviation.
Setting up a KPI
- Go to Intelligence → Business Metrics
- Click Add KPI
- Name the metric and select the type (calculated or manual)
- For calculated: choose the formula or pick from the pre-built list
- For manual: set the update frequency (daily, weekly, monthly) and who is responsible for updating it
- Optionally set a target value and link to a Goal
KPI dashboard
All your KPIs appear in the Business Metrics dashboard as cards with:
- Current value and trend (up/down vs. previous period)
- Spark line (mini chart of the last 8 data points)
- Target progress bar (if a target is set)
- AI commentary on notable changes
KPIs that are significantly off-trend generate Agent Signals automatically — no need to manually check each one every day.
