Products & Services — define your offerings for smarter AI
Tell CooVex what you sell. The more the AI knows about your products and pricing, the more accurate its lead scoring, GEO recommendations, chatbot answers, and proposals become.
The Products & Services section is where you define what your business offers. This information powers almost every AI feature in CooVex — lead scoring, GEO gap analysis, chatbot knowledge, proposal generation, and the AI Coach’s recommendations.
The more accurately you define your products, the smarter the AI becomes for your specific business.
What to add
For each product or service
- Name — the product or service name exactly as you present it to customers
- Description — 2-4 sentences describing what it does, who it is for, and the main problem it solves. Be specific: the AI uses this to match leads and identify GEO gaps.
- Category — the type of offering (SaaS, consulting, physical product, service, subscription)
- Pricing — price, pricing model (one-time, monthly, per seat, custom), and whether you have a free tier or trial
- Key differentiators — 3-5 bullet points of what makes this product different from alternatives. The AI uses these in proposals, chatbot responses, and GEO content.
- Target customer — who this product is specifically designed for (company size, industry, job role)
How the AI uses your product data
Lead scoring
Lead scores are partly based on how well the lead’s company profile matches your target customer definition. A lead from a company that matches your target exactly scores higher than one that does not.
GEO gap analysis
The GEO Optimizer compares your content against questions that AI systems are asked about products like yours. Without knowing what you sell, this analysis is generic. With detailed product data, it identifies gaps specific to your exact offering.
AI Chatbot
Your chatbot automatically knows your product names, descriptions, pricing, and differentiators. Visitors asking “how much does it cost?” or “how is this different from [competitor]?” get accurate, specific answers.
Proposal generation
Proposals are built from your product descriptions and pricing. A proposal for a lead in the fintech industry will highlight the differentiators most relevant to fintech automatically.
AI Coach recommendations
When you ask the Coach “which leads should we prioritize?”, it uses your product data to filter for leads that match your ideal customer. Without this context, it can only give generic advice.
Keeping product data current
Update your product data whenever you change pricing, add a product, or significantly shift your positioning. The AI Coach can also help: tell it “we just added a new enterprise tier at $500/month for teams over 50” and it updates the Agent Memory and prompts you to add it to the Products section.
