CRM Integrations — sync leads with HubSpot, Salesforce, and more

Connect CooVex with your existing CRM to keep lead data in sync automatically — no manual export/import, no data gaps.

CooVex works best as the intelligence layer on top of your existing tools. If you already use HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, or another CRM, you do not need to replace it. Connect it to CooVex and the AI enriches your leads with scores, signals, and insights — while your team continues working in the tool they know.

Supported CRMs

  • HubSpot — full two-way sync: contacts, companies, deals, and notes
  • Salesforce — leads, contacts, opportunities, and accounts (Scale and Agency plans)
  • Pipedrive — persons, deals, and activities
  • Zoho CRM — leads, contacts, and deals
  • Any CRM with a REST API — via the Custom CRM Integration API

What syncs

From your CRM to CooVex

  • New contacts or leads created in your CRM appear in CooVex automatically
  • Updates to contact properties (email, company, job title) sync to CooVex
  • Deal stage changes update the lead’s pipeline stage in CooVex

From CooVex to your CRM

  • AI lead score is written back to a custom field in your CRM
  • Agent Signals relevant to a lead are added as notes or activities
  • Pipeline stage changes in CooVex update the deal stage in your CRM
  • Proposal status (sent, opened, signed) is logged as an activity

Setting up HubSpot

  1. Go to Settings → Integrations → HubSpot
  2. Click Connect HubSpot — you will be redirected to HubSpot OAuth
  3. Approve the permissions (read and write access to contacts, companies, and deals)
  4. Choose which properties to sync and map them to CooVex fields
  5. Select initial sync direction: import existing HubSpot contacts into CooVex, export existing CooVex leads to HubSpot, or both
  6. Save — the first sync runs within 5 minutes

After setup, syncs run every 15 minutes in both directions.

Field mapping

CooVex maps standard fields automatically (name, email, company, phone, job title). For custom fields in your CRM, use the field mapping table to define which CooVex attribute corresponds to each CRM property. Any unmapped fields are stored in the lead’s notes in CooVex.

Conflict resolution

When the same field is updated in both systems between syncs, CooVex uses the most recently updated value by default. You can change this to “CRM always wins” or “CooVex always wins” in the integration settings.
